FlyOnLine Club membership
When you successfully process one online reservation and payment you automatically become a FlyOnLine Club member. All customers using our FlyOnLine service as of 1 January 2011 can take advantage of FlyOnLine Club benefits.
After five successful reservations on your name and payments made with your credit card in the period of one year you are entitled to one award ticket on one of Croatia Airlines flights. Fill in the FlyOnLine request and forward it to the Internet Sales Department.

When you successfully process a reservation and payment
you will receive an e-mail message with all necessary details including your
reservation special code. The reservation code (so called PNR) is a unique
six-figure code - a combination of numbers and letters, regardless the number
of passengers stated in that particular reservation.
Collect you
reservation codes. When you collect five reservation codes and use all five
tickets, fill in the FlyOnLine request and forward it to the Internet Sales
Department at
flyonline@croatiaairlines.hr
Upon
receiving your email our Internet Sales Department will check all the necessary
details. In case your reservation codes are not valid the Internet Sales
Department personnel will contact you. The Internet Sales Department
will check your flights and contact you to ask for details concerning your award
ticket (travel dates and destinations).

Domestic flights
In order to
win a one-way economy class award ticket on Croatia Airlines domestic flights,
you can combine five different successful online transactions (reservations and
payments) for Croatia Airlines one-way flights, regardless of the service class,
in domestic or international traffic.
In order to win a one-way business
class award ticket on Croatia Airlines domestic flights you have to collect
five different successful online transactions (reservations and payments) for
Croatia Airlines business class one-way flights, in domestic or international
traffic.
In order to win a return award ticket in economy class on
Croatia Airlines domestic flights you can combine five different successful
online transactions (reservations and payments) for Croatia Airlines return
flights, regardless of service class, in domestic or international traffic.
In order to win a return business class award ticket on Croatia Airlines
domestic flights you have to collect five different successful online
transactions (reservations and payments) for Croatia Airlines business class
return flights, in domestic or international traffic.
International
flights
In order to win a one-way economy class award ticket on Croatia
Airlines international flights you have to collect five successful online
transactions (reservations and payments) for one-way Croatia Airlines
international flights, regardless of the service class.
In order to win a
one-way business class award ticket on Croatia Airlines international flights,
you have to collect five different successful online transactions (reservations
and payments) for Croatia Airlines one-way domestic flights in business class
.
In order to win a return award ticket on Croatia Airlines international
flights in economy class, you have to collect five successful online
transactions (reservations and payments) for return Croatia Airlines
international flights, regardless of the service class.
In order to win a
return award ticket in business class on Croatia Airlines international flights,
you have to collect five different successful online transactions (reservations
and payments) for Croatia Airlines return international flights in business
class.
Award travel conditions
You
have to book your award ticket no later than three days before the flight and it
is valid for Croatia Airlines flights only. The number of seats on each flight is limited.
Before using your award
ticket you have to use all other tickets booked and paid via
FlyOnLine.
Reservation codes for an award ticket can be used only by the
person who is both - the passenger and the credit card holder who actually paid
for the tickets (in case the reservation code includes more than one passenger).
This person can specify another passenger for the award ticket. Additional
changes are not permitted once the ticket has been issued.
The airport
taxes and surcharges as well as other expenses in connection with the award
ticket have to be settled by the passenger when collecting the ticket.
The passenger does not
have to pay the TSC (ticket service charge) for the award ticket. The award ticket can not be used in the black-out periods: from 1
July to 31 August and from 20 December to 10 January. An award
ticket is valid six month after the issuing date. Once a ticket has been
issued, its validity period cannot be extended and the ticket cannot be
exchanged for any method of payment. A rebooking charge applies to domestic as well as to international award tickets. It amounts 100 kn per direction for domestic flights and 60 EUR for international flights.
A lost or stolen ticket for a domestic
flight cannot be reissued. The same conditions and procedures applicable
to paid tickets apply also in case of a lost or stolen ticket for an
international flight. In that case another ticket shall be issued with a
surcharge of 100 EUR (the equivalent value in kn).
In case of cancellation, only unused taxes can be refunded, with the exception of Fuel and Security Surcharge. After taxes refund, the award ticket in question is considered used and the reservation codes spent for it cannot be used again.
