Star Alliance lounges

Star Alliance lounges worldwide are marked with a unique Star Alliance GOLD signs.

Following types of passengers have the right to use Star Alliance lounge:

  • Passengers who have the gold status in a frequent flyer program of the Star Alliance group (Star Alliance Gold member) and travels with one of the airlines from the Star Alliance group, as well as his guest (an accompanying person) no matter what class they travel in. It does not matter whether it is the passenger's initial flight or a transfer flight, what is important is that the passenger is waiting for a flight operated by an airline from the Star Alliance group. To check which status of individual airline frequent flyer programs from the Star Alliance group corresponds to the Star Alliance Gold status, please see here.
  • The passenger who is a member of a frequent flyer program of the Star Alliance group, just like his guest (an accompanying person), if travelling in business or in the first class on international flights of an airline from the Star Alliance group. Travelling in these classes gives the passenger the right to this service, regardless of membership status in his frequent flyer program. The passenger’s flight has to be operated by one of the airlines from the Star Alliance group. To enter the Star Alliance lounge the passenger has to prepare his/her frequent flyer card (regardless of the status) and the ticket or the boarding pass.
