How to buy your ticket

Croatia Airlines offers you the possibility to book and buy your tickets online. Every user can book up to six tickets (both for adults and for children) at once.
The system accepts those flight bookings whose departure time is less than 361 day in advance and the booking must be done up to 3 hours prior to the departure time.
Before completing your online reservation, you will need to enter credit card information. The card will be authorised and payment processed, after which the reservation will be confirmed. Payment is available to holders of the following credit cards: American Express (2 or three instalments), Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Payment with a Maestro debit card is now available as well.

Buying tickets using mobile devices
You can also purchase your airline ticket using your mobile devices through our mobile website m.croatiaairlines.com.
Flights and rates offer is identical to the offer on the website and the same rules apply. Payment is possible with all above mentioned credit and debit cards, while using the Erste NetPay service in not possible.
Ticket purchase at Croatia Airlines' offices and over the phone
Your ticket can be booked and paid for at any Croatia Airlines' office in Croatia or abroad, as well as over the Contact Centre's phone: 062 500 505 (within Croatia only) or +385 1 6676 555. In those countries where we don't have our own office, please contact our general sales agents.
