Unused and lost tickets
Unused ticket
In case you decide not to travel, you can contact any Croatia Airlines
sales office or your travel agent for reimbursement. In accordance with
the tariff, you can be reimbursed for your unused ticket on the spot. In case you are not in a position to contact a Croatia Airlines sales
office in person, you can send a written claim for reimbursement of the
unused air ticket to: Croatia Airlines, Customer Relations Department,
Bani 75b, Buzin, 10 010 ZAGREB. You will be duly informed on the final
outcome by post, e-mail or telephone.
Lost ticket
International ticket
If there is still enough time before the flight, a new ticket will be
issued to the passenger. The passenger needs to fill in the Indemnity
form which can be found at the bottom of this page and will be charged
the lost ticket fee in the amount of EUR 100, in local currency value.
In case there is not enough time left before the flight, a passenger
needs to purchase a new ticket. After the flight, the passenger will be
reimbursed for the amount of the newly purchased ticket and charged for
the lost ticket fee.
Please enclose the following to your claim:

a copy of the agent’s coupon or the number of the lost ticket
-
indemnity form
- the original passenger’s receipt or the number of the newly purchased ticket
Reimbursement claim for the newly purchased ticket must be filed no later than 30 days from the expiry date of the ticket.
In case a passenger decides not to travel, he/she will be reimbursed for
the ticket price reduced by lost ticket fee and refund penalty, in
accordance with the applicable tariff. Please enclose a copy of the
agent’s coupon of the lost ticket with your claim and Indemnity form
that you can find at the bottom of this page.
Domestic ticket
It is necessary to report the lost ticket 14 days prior to the date of travel.
A passenger needs to purchase a new ticket in order to travel. On
expiration of the lost ticket, he/she will be reimbursed in the amount
reduced by the lost ticket fee in the amount of:
- 50,00 HRK for tickets bought and reported to be
lost in Croatia
- 30,00 EUR for tickets bought
and reported lost abroad
Please enclose:
- the copy of the agent’s coupon or the number of the lost
ticket
- the original of the passenger’s receipt or the number of the
newly purchased ticket
- Indemnity form
In case a passenger decides not to travel, the lost ticket reimbursement
amount will be reduced by the lost ticket fee and refund penalty, in
accordance with the applicable tariff.
