The Time to Think service allows you to think through before paying the full ticket amount.
How does Time to Think work?
With Time to Think and an additional fee, you can plan your trip now and pay for it later.
During the period in which Time to Think is valid, your seat on the flight will be reserved at the price and fare conditions you selected when making your reservation. Before Time to Think expires, visit our website or app, enter your last name and booking reference in "My bookings" in order to pay for your ticket. When the Time to Think expires, and the ticket payment has not been made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Reservation cannot be renewed, nor is it possible to refund the Time to Think service. Depending on the travel date, the payment can be postponed up to 10 days from the day Time to Think has been purchased.
How to choose Time to Think?
Choose your desired flights and ticket prices on our app or website, enter passenger information, a window with the Time to Think service, and its corresponding price, will appear one step before the payment. If you do not wish to pay for your ticket now, choose the Time to Think option, pay for its fee so you can lock your desired reservation for a certain time. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchased service as well as information about the reservation.

Conditions
- This service is available for flights operated by Croatia Airlines (OU operating flights), the service cannot be selected if the journey is in combination with other airlines.
- Time to Think can only be selected during the booking process on our website or mobile app.
- This service cannot be transferred to other persons.
- This service is not available if you have already added other ancillary services (seat reservation, additional baggage...) to your booking.
- In between the payment of Time to Think fee and the payment of the ticket, it is not possible to change the conditions of the reservation (fare family, name/surname of the passenger, flight date, etc.)
- When a promo code is applied to a certain flight, it will not be possible to select the Time to Think service.
- The Time to Think service cannot be refunded.
- Croatia Airlines reserves the right to decide which flights qualify for the Time to Think service.
- The Time to Think fee is calculated separately and cannot be deducted from the total flight price.
