Added protection for online purchase
In addition to the existing measures protecting your data transmitted online,
as of 5th March we are offering you additional options:
MasterCard® SecureCode™ and Verified by Visa.
MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and your card issuer that provides added protection when you buy online. You choose your own personal code which gives you added protection against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when you shop online. Every time you pay online with your MasterCard or Maestro card, a box pops up from your card issuer asking you for your personal SecureCode. Verified by Visa is also a service that lets you shop online with added confidence. Through a simple checkout process, Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It's convenient and it works with your existing Visa card. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make online purchases, a Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Ticket Service Charge (TSC)
Croatia Airlines levies the Ticket Service Charge (TSC)
on the following markets:
- Croatia - 36,6 kn including VAT for domestic destinations, 30 € for economy class tickets and 45 € for business class tickets on European routes and 45 € for economy class and 60 € for business class on international routes
- Austria - 30 € for destinations within Europe and 45 € for destinations outside Europe
- Belgium - 30 € for all destinations
- Bosnia and Herzegovina - 30 € for destinations within Europe and 45 € for destinations outside Europe
- France - 35 € for all destinations
- Germany - 30 € for destinations within Europe and 45 € for other destinations
- Italy - 30 € for destinations within Italy and 45 € for other destinations
- Netherlands - 30 € for all destinations
- Podgorica - 30 € za for economy class and 45 € for business class tickets for flights within Europe; 45 € for economy class tickets and 60 € for business class tickets for intercontinental flights
- Pristina - 30 € za for economy class and 45 € for business class tickets for flights within Europe; 45 € for economy class tickets and 60 € for business class tickets for intercontinental flights
- Switzerland - 40 CHF within Europe and 80 CHF outside Europe
The TSC is not charged for issuing award tickets to infants not occupying a separate seat.
