Entry requirements

Here you can check the current entry requirements and travel regulations for the destination you are travelling to.

The following countries require passengers to fill out certain contact forms that can be found below. This is to ensure the authorities can reach you in case a passenger on your flight tests positive to COVID-19.

Passengers who do not comply with the preventive measures issued by the regulatory authorities will be denied boarding.

Croatia

We kindly ask all passengers to fill in the PLF form and hand it to the cabin crew while boarding their flight. PLF can be found HERE.
*For unaccompanied minors it is mandatory to fill in this form in advance.

In order to reduce the waiting time at the border we kindly ask all passengers travelling to Croatia to fill out the online form ENTER CROATIA.

Austria

As of 24th of August 2020 all passengers arriving from Croatia must fill in the Entry and Transit Declaration form in advance. Below you will find forms in English and German language:

Belgium

All passengers traveling to Belgium, must fill in the Passenger Locator Form before their arrival. You can find the form here. Upon arrival in Belgium all passengers from third countries will need to self-isolate for 14 days.

IMPORTANT:

  • Passengers who do not have their PLF forms filled out or refuse to fill them out will be denied boarding.
  • Passengers who show up at the border desk without QR-code (e-PLF) or correctly filled in paper PLF form will be fined 250€.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Information regarding entry to Bosnia and Herzegovina:

  • Foreign citizens who meet the conditions for arrival in Bosnia and herzegovina prescribed by the
    law on aliens, must present a valid passport and a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 48 hours before departure.
  • Without presenting a negative test for the Sars-cov-2 virus, the following may enter Bosnia and
    Herzegovina:
    - citizens of Montenegro, the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, when they enter bosnia and herzegovina directly from the country of which they are citizens, as well as their minor children and spouses who are citizens of other countries

Denmark

Passengers from Croatia may travel into Denmark only with a worthy purpose. This rule does not apply to Danish nationals or residents of Denmark.

Passengers from high-risk countries must have a worthy purpose of entering Denmark and must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry.
It is allowed to travel through Denmark, regardless of your habitual residence and your means of transport. In those situations, you are not required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test. For more information please click here.

We kindly ask all passengers travelling to France to fill out the PLF (Passenger locator form) form in advance and to hand them over to our crew members on board. PLF form can be found here. All additional information can be found here.

Germany

We kindly ask all passengers travelling to Germany to fill out the PLC (Passenger Locator Card) which is collected by the Federal Police during border control checks. You can find it here.

Greece

We kindly ask all passengers travelling to Greece to fill out the PLF (Passenger locator form) form at least 24 hours before check-in. PLF form can be found here.


IMPORTANT:

  • Passengers who do not have their PLF forms filled out will be denied boarding.
  • All arriving passengers from international flights are subject to random Covid-19 test.


Ireland

Passengers travelling to Ireland must fill in the COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form before their arrival. You can find the form here.

Italy

The Netherlands

Upon arrival in the Netherlands it is necessary to complete the Health Declaration Form. You can find it here.

Republic of North Macedonia

All citizens of third countries, traveling to Republic of North Macedonia, will be required to submit a negative PCR test . If transiting within 5 hours, citizens of Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, may cross the border without presenting a PCR test.

There are no restrictions for EU citizens.

Switzerland

Passengers arriving in Switzerland, that have spent time in Croatia in the last 14 days, are required to go into quarantine for 10 days. This does not apply to transit passengers, i.e. those who have spent less than 24 hours in Croatia. More information can be found here.

We kindly ask all passengers travelling to Switzerland to fill out the CTC (Contact Tracing Card) form in advance and to hand them over to our crew members on board. CTC form can be found here.

United Kingdom

We kindly ask all passengers travelling to the UK to fill out the Passenger Locator Form before arrival in the UK. The online contact form can be found here. You cannot submit the form until 48 hours before you’re due to arrive in the UK. Electronic confirmation will need to be presented at the check-in as well as at the gate.
