Strike at Zagreb Airport

The industrial action at Zagreb Airport has ended and traffic is normalized.

Most of the flights on 22nd November that have been diverted to/from other airports will be operated to/from Zagreb.
All flights on 23rd November are expected to be operated according to the regular timetable.

Passenger rights

All passengers whose flights are affected by this industrial action and who have purchased their tickets by 20th November are entitled to rebook onto an available Croatia Airlines flight on the same route, free of charge and within 6 months of the original departure date.

In case you decide not to travel, there are several options:
  • refund for completely unused tickets (TSC/OB fees excluded)
  • partial refund for partially used tickets (TSC/OB fees excluded)
  • full refund + 5 % of net fare, in which case money will not be refunded, but an MCO voucher for future travels issued
