Croatia Airlines partnering Mudrica e-Children’s Card project
13th July 2021
Croatia Airlines, Croatia’s flag carrier, has partnered up with the Mudrica e-Children’s Card project. As of today and ending on 25th June 2021, Mudrica e-Children’s Card cardholders are given a 10% discount when buying Croatia Airlines air tickets. The 10% discount is received upon presentation of the Croatia Airlines promotional code when buying air tickets either online (www.croatiaairlines.hr), by dialling Croatia Airlines’ Contact Centre or at any other point of sale in Croatia. The promotional code is available on the interactive map of the Mudrica mobile application, and entitles cardholders to a discount on airfares for both domestic and international flights operated by Croatia Airlines. Airport charges and other fees remain unaffected by the discount, and are paid in full.
– Croatia’s flag carrier is very pleased to have gotten on board the laudable Mudrica e-Children’s Card project so as to make the air transport service more accessible to children and families. The agreement we’ve signed today is further confirmation of our commitment to corporate social responsibility. I believe that the youngest members of our society and their families will recognise the value of our joint product, and that they will greatly benefit from the airfare discount now available to them for all our domestic and international flights – said Jasmin Bajić, CEO and President of the Management Board of Croatia Airlines.
Launched on 21st December 2020, the Mudrica e-Children’s Card is a project designed by the Central State Office for Demography and Youth of the Republic of Croatia. Mudrica is a mobile application intended for parents, guardians, and foster parents taking care of at least one child up to 18 years of age, with over 80 companies having to date partnered up with the Mudrica e-Children’s Card project making their goods and services more accessible to cardholders.
– I’m happy that we’ll make travel more accessible for families with children. We’re extremely grateful to all existing Mudrica partners who’ve recognised the importance of improving family living standards, and look forward to all future partners who’ll contribute to implementing the Mudrica e-Children’s Card project as a pronatalist measure for those who need it most: parents and children – said Željka Josić, State Secretary for Demography and Youth.
