Return air tickets available at promotional prices starting from 119 euros
19th April 2023, Mostar – Mostar International Airport and Croatia Airlines have today signed an agreement at the Mostar City Hall on the introduction of a regular airline route between Mostar and Zagreb. The agreement was signed by Ivan Ljubić, CEO of Mostar International Airport and Jasmin Bajić, CEO and President of the Management Board of Croatia Airlines, after the provision of scheduled international flights on the Mostar-Zagreb route was put out to tender by Mostar International Airport.
Those present at the ceremony included Darko Kordić, the Mayor of Mostar, Salem Marić, Chairman of the Mostar City Council, and representatives of Hifa Oil, the biggest distributor of petroleum products in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The operation of scheduled international flights on the Mostar-Zagreb route is starting on 3rd May this year. Flights will be operated three times a week. More specifically, from Mostar to Zagreb Croatia Airlines will be flying on Mondays and Fridays at 6:00 a.m., and on Wednesdays at 1:05 p.m. Flights from Zagreb to Mostar will be operated on Wednesdays at 11:25 a.m., and on Thursdays and Sundays at 11 p.m.
Flights on the Mostar-Zagreb route will be operated aboard a Dash 8-Q400 aircraft whose seating capacity is 76 passengers. Return air tickets on this route are offered at promotional prices starting from 119 euros.
In the period until 28th April, passengers are offered a 20 percent discount on airfares for purchases of air tickets made either online on Croatia Airlines’ website www.croatiaairlines.com or by using Croatia Airlines’ mobile application upon presentation of the special MOSTAR20 promo code. The discount applies only to the base fare of flights to be taken up by 27th October this year.
Mostar is European destination no. 24 to which Croatia Airlines will be operating direct scheduled international flights during this year’s season. It is worth recalling that Croatia’s flag carrier already operated flights on the Mostar-Zagreb route, which were launched in May 2018, but were suspended in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
