Croatia Airlines, Croatian National Tourist Board, and Istria Tourist Board give joint presentation in Zurich
23rd November 2023, Zurich – Croatia Airlines, the Croatian National Tourist Board, and the Istria Tourist Board have today given a joint presentation to Swiss business (B2B) journalists and travel agents in Zurich.
Croatia Airlines has presented its plans for connecting Croatia and Switzerland. The emphasis of the presentation has been on the extension of the operation of scheduled flights on the Zurich-Pula route, on which Croatia’s flag carrier will continue to fly until 4th May 2024. In other words, flights will be operated during the entire winter period and in the pre-season, which will contribute to the extension of the tourist season in the Istria County, and the development of Croatia’s tourism product as a whole.
Croatia Airlines is planning to operate scheduled international flights on this route twice a week, on Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Return air tickets on this route are available at promotional prices starting at 149 Swiss francs for air ticket purchases made online on the company’s website, www.croatiaairlines.com.
The presentation included a prize draw as well, whose top three prizes were a three-day stay at the Grand Hotel Brioni, and two return air tickets on the Zurich-Zagreb route flying with Croatia Airlines.
In the 2023/2024 winter flight timetable, Croatia Airlines will be connecting Zurich directly with not just Pula, but Zagreb and Split as well. Flights between Zurich and the capital of Croatia will be operated twice a day every day of the week, and between Zurich and the pearl of Dalmatia twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
